Business Card Proofs

Business Cards are created by the customer in real-time on Salesaidtools.com. The ordering/paying party is responsible for reviewing their information for errors, mis-spellings, and mis-alignment. Your Business Card Preview image generated is considered your final proof. Once added to your shopping cart your business card will be considered approved by you (the ordering/paying party).

Business card proofs are considered final. Errors made will be the responsibility of the paying party. Proofs are provided instantly (real time) for review before your order is made. No order is processed until you review your proof and complete the checkout process.

Business Card Proof Corrections

Proofs can be corrected instantly online by the ordering party within salesaidtools.com website. It is the responsibility of the ordering/paying party to fully review their proof before processing their order.

Business Card Proof Corrections After Order is Complete

Advanced Litho is not responsible for any errors made. If any changes are necessary after the order is completed (and only if your order has not gone to print), there will be a minimum $10/file correction & setup charge. Please contact Advanced Litho directly at 949-215-9060 for any changes necessary.

Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) for payment. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received.

Shipping

Business Card orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (M-F). Shipping is by UPS or USPS. Shipping costs for products are determined by the weight of item(s) ordered and location item(s) being shipped to.

Shipping Policy

Business hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.In stock items ordered by 3 p.m. are shipped within 48 hours M-F.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped within 48 hours on the next business day.Custom orders are shipped within 5 -7 business days. RUSH only applies to shipping.  RUSH ship orders placed before 3 p.m. PST  will be shipped the same business day if in stock.RUSH printing is custom.  Contact our office at 949-215-9060 for pricing and shipping information.

Returns

  • RMA form must be filled out and submitted to support@advancedlitho.com or faxed to 949-215-9181. FORM CAN BE DOWNLOADED HERE
  • Advanced Litho offers a 14 day refund or exchange policy for like value on all unopened material with receipt.
  • All returned products are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • Shipping costs incurred in sending defective or damaged merchandise to us will be reimbursed.
  • We require that you request an RMA prior to returning merchandise for replacement.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

  • No returns or refunds on closeout or discontinued material.

Exchange Policy

  • Shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items

  •  Items that are received damaged or missing can be exchanged or refunded.
  • Advanced Litho must be notified within 7 days after receiving damaged merchandise.
  • Shipping on damaged merchandise will be paid for by Advanced Litho.
  • We require that you request an RMA prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement or refund.

Warranty on hardware:
60 days; against manufacturer’s defects.  Damage due to misuse of hardware is not covered under warranty.


Merchandise must be returned exactly as received, including original packaging. Please enclose a copy either of your invoice or a copy of the order confirmation. 

Disclosure Statement

You are not required to purchase any business support materials or services in order to become a distributor.

These business support materials or services are produced and distributed by an independent distributor of One Team Global (OTG) United States. Some distributors may have found these products and services to be helpful in their business, they are not required in order to be a distributor and no success is guaranteed because you purchase them. Your refusal to purchase these items will not affect you receive training and support. Your expenditures on these items should be reasonable and the amount you spend should be in relation to your business and sales volume.

In the event you desire to return the business support materials or services, you may obtain a refund only from the independent distributor who sold you the business support materials or services. You may cancel your purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. After the third day, you are entitled to a refund of 90 percent of the purchase price if you return the business support materials or services to the seller at the address listed on this receipt within 12 months of the date of purchase.

You may terminate automatic renewal orders/subscriptions, etc. at any time by providing written or electronic notice to the seller.

You may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.
